Workshop 1: Logic Gates

April 7th, 2005

Objectives:

  • Introduce logic gates (AND, OR, NOR, NAND). Participants will be able to do simple logic arithmetic using binary numbers.
  • Introduce simple circuits (parallel, series, resistors, voltage source). Participants will be able to build some simple circuits that involve parallel and series structure.

Workshop 2: Squeak

April 14th, 2005

Objectives:

  • Introduce Etoys in Squeak. Participants will be able to use Etoys to create their own Squeak models.
  • Advance Squeak Models. Participants will be able to use various Squeak commands to create their own Squeak models.
